Alejandro C. Lucero, 73, of Wheelersburg passed away surrounded by his family at his home.  Alejandro was born May 3, 1949, to the late Pedro Lucero and Maria (Chavez) Bueening.  Alejandro served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam war. He loved the outdoors especially fishing, hunting, camping, taking rides and gardening.  He also loved to go bowling.

Alejandro is survived by a son, Alejandro C. Lucero Jr. of Wheelersburg; two brothers, David Bueening of New Mexico and Gary Bueening and wife Selina of Texas; two sisters, Rita Long and husband John of California, and Debbie Richardson and husband Randy of New Mexico; one granddaughter, Ashley Marie Lucero of Wheelersburg.
