Amanda Jane Aldridge, 28, of Scioto Furnace, died Tues. August 17, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident. She was born Sept. 18, 1981 in Portsmouth, a daughter of John W. Dodridge of Oak Hill and Betty Lou Canter Dodridge of Scioto Furnace. Amanda was a graduate of South Webster High School. She is also survived by her husabnd, Joe Aldridge, a son, Braden J. Aldridge and a daughter, McKenzie D. Aldridge both at home; one brother, Jonathan W. Dodridge and wife Natasha of Minford, a neice, Jaysa Dodridge and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Services will be 1:00 PM Sat., Aug. 21, 2010 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster with burial at South Webster cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 PM and Saturday 12 to 1 PM at D.W.
