Obituary

Angie Salisbury 42, of Wheelersburg passed away unexpectantly at Southern Ohio Medical Center Sept. 11, 2012. She was born Dec. 3, 1969 in Portsmouth to Jim and Barb Hill of New Boston. She married the love of her life and her Highschool Sweetheart Mark Salisbury on April 28, 1986 at the home of her parents. She is survived by her loving husband Mark, who she loved with all her heart; three Beautiful Children that she adored, Markie Salisbury and Madison Salisbury at home and SPC. Michael Salisbury in the U.S. Army stationed at Ft. Erwin, CA.; three grandsons, Bryson Larrigan, Sebastian Jarvis and Karson Carver; three sisters, Jamie Hill of Portsmouth, Shelly Ward and boyfriend Brian of Sciotodale and Barbie Hill of New Boston; mother-in-law, Shirley Salisbury and brother-in-law Donavon Salisbury both of Wheelersburg; serveral nieces and nephews, Derek (Allison) Hoover, Logan Hoover, Chris Ward, Shelton Raike, Haley (Zack) Durham, Magan Hoover, Tiffany Salisbury and several great nieces and nephews that she also loved very much and serveral aunts, uncles and many special friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles and Doris Broughton and Bill and Mary Hill; father-in-law, Richard Salisbury and his wife Evelyn; two special aunts, Brenda Dempsey and Brenda Thomas, a nephew James Ward and cousin Charlie Newsome. Angie was a beautiful lively person who devoted her life to her husband and her children. She loved her family very much. She enjoyed attending all of her childrens ballgames where she could be heard for miles cheering them on. She also loved watching her husband Mark play on his softball team with their two sons. She loved to ride their motorcycle with Mark every chance they got. Angie and Mark were members of the American Legion Post 433 in Ironton. She was also a waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ironton. In lieu of flowers a fund has been set up at any US Bank in her name for Mark and her children to help with funeral expenses. The family would like everyone to remember Angie and never forget what a special person she was. Services will be 1 PM Sat. Sept. 15, 2012 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Steve Hamilton officiating. Interment will be at South Webster cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 6 to 8 PM and Sat. 12 to 1 at D.W. SWICK in New Boston.
