Age 46, of Wheelersburg, passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family.  She was born September 16, 1972 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Fred Fraley and Nancy Cassidy Rister.  She was a member of Lloyd Ridge Church, enjoyed riding motorcycles on Charity runs and Poker runs, and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Kittles; three sons, Mikel Fraley of Wheelersburg, Darold Fraley of KY, and Billy Ruckle of Vanceburg, KY; four daughters, Beulah (Renee) Fraley of Carey, OH, Rebecca Kittles of Lucasville, Rachel Kittles of West Portsmouth, and Erica Gillum of Wheelersburg; three brothers, Billy (Alicia) Kibler, J.J. Rister, and Randy Bertram, all of Garrison, KY; two sisters, Rebecca (William) Lambert of Grayson, KY, and Hope (Quentin) Farmer of Marion; and nine grandchildren, Rachael, Vicky, Bub,Tristian, Gannon, Maddix, Angela, Benjamin, Luther: great grandchildren, DJ, Anny, Hannah Patience, Clarity, Chance Tiana.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to SOMC Hospice.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 21, 2019 at D.W.
