Age 87, of Sciotoville, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2013 at his home. He was born in Greenup, KY on June 3, 1926 to Chead and Velva (Kinney) Justice. He served in the Army in World War II as an Automatic Rifleman with the 161st Infantry Regiment, fighting in Luzon and the Southern Philippine campaigns. After the war, he spent his professional career as a Maintenance Supervisor. He was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Sciotoville VFW. Arnie loved to squirrel hunt, fish, and especially liked to joke.

Arnie is survived by his wife, Anna; one son, Greg Justice of MI; one stepson, Mark Bond of OH; one daughter, Mary Justice of MI; two stepdaughters, Marvina Bond and Melvina Bond, both of OH; three sisters, Roxanne Justice of CA, Lydia Justice of KY, and Janet Smith (Smitty) of KY; eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by seven siblings.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the Kentucky Veterans' Cemetery. Procession will leave the funeral home at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at the cemetery.
