Austin Tyler Lewis, 21, of Wheelersburg passed away March 13, 2022. He was born June 26, 2000 in Portsmouth, a son of Crystal Lewis and Jeremy Crockett.

He worked in the construction business and loved swimming with his friends, joking around and making everyone laugh.

Austin is survived by his father, Jeremy (Heather) Crockett of Wheelersburg; mother, Crystal Lewis of Marysville; sisters, Alexis Crockett and Katelynn Crockett both of Portsmouth and Samantha Crockett of Wheelersburg; stepbrothers, Jonah Fraley of Wheelersburg and Travis Ferell of Pedro; grandparents, Rillie (Tim) Dadosky of Portsmouth, Sam Dyer of South Webster and Lucian Crockett of Lucasville.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruthie Dyer and great-grandmother Cora McGraw.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday March 18, 2022 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in Wheelersburg with interment to follow at Hagar Cemetery in Lucasville. Visitation will be 12:00 to 1:00 PM Friday March 18, 2022 at D.W. SWICK in Wheelersburg.
