Beatrice "Bebe" Roark Yeley
Age 100 of Wheelersburg, went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 14, 2017 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. She was born September 10, 1916 in Magoffin County, KY to William and Rhoda (Adams) Roark and recently celebrated her 100th birthday. A homemaker and member of Bloom Freewill Baptist Church in Scioto Furnace, she taught Sunday School and Bible School for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Harlan and Rhoda Ann Roark; her husband, Henry T. Yeley; brothers and sisters, Woodrow Roark, Sonny Roark, Nolda Risner, Olga Hensley, Oakie Mullen, Lahoma Knisley, and Alice Albert. She is survived by her children, Roger L. Yeley (Martha) and Patricia A. Tracy; grandchildren, Russell Yeley, Kimberly Thornberry, Brian Yeley, Timothy Tracy, Valerie Gesting, and Marsha Burkholder; six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 16, 2017 at Bloom Freewill Baptist Church in Scioto Furnace with Revs. Roger Lavender and Sam Peters officiating. Interment will follow at Vernon Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster and one hour before the service at the church.
