Bennett Newsome, 77, of South Webster passed away Sunday June 19, 2022 . He was born December 20, 1944 in Pikeville, KY, a son of the late Harman and Alpha (Damron) Newsome.
Bennett is survived by three sons, Ricky (Jean) Newsome of Wheelersburg, Charles (Sadie) Newsome of Oak Hill and Steven (Jennifer) Newsome of Hampton, TN; two daughters, Carla (Joe) Harrington of South Webster and Deborah (Alva) Queen of Wheelersburg; a brother, Dennis Newsome; 12 grandchildren, Brandy Adkins, Deborah Maynard, Cindi Basham, Jessica Knapp, Matthew Newsome, Ashlee Craft, Krista Wright, Samatha Coyle, Caleb Newsome, Traci Queen, Rachel Newsome,  Breanna Newsome and 14 great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Judy (Fout) Newsome whom he had been married to for 54 years; a son Randy Newsome; brothers, Conley, Ronald and Denver Newsome;  2 sisters, Barbara Sue Fisher and Eileen Williams; granddaughter, Kayla Craft and great grandson, Aiden Evans.
