Age 71 of Portsmouth passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at her home. She was born October 21, 1945 in Portsmouth to Alfonso and Martha (Holsinger) Wiley and lived her entire life in the Portsmouth area.

She is survived by three sons, Ronnie, Lee, and Steven Kelley, all of Dayton; one daughter, Rhonda Beamon of Waverly; one grandchild, Allison Kelley; four brothers, Realby, David, Mikel, Michael Wiley; one sister, Parthinia Hinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Carver; one son, Frank "Sonny" Rigsby; five brothers, Frank, William, Curtis, Timothy, and Escom Wiley; one sister, Creana Stiles.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday November 9, 2016 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Newman officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg.
