Bertha Jane Will, 90, of Portsmouth passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at SOMC Hospice Center in Portsmouth.  She was born in Portsmouth October 11, 1930 to the late Charles W. and Cora (Wright) Stout. Bertha was a 1948 graduate of East High School and after 20 years retired as a case worker for Social Services.  She enjoyed quilting, ceramics and going to church.

Bertha is survived by seven children, Mary Jenkins and husband Donald, Sue Will, Mike Will, Ronnie Will, Daryl Will all of Portsmouth, Wayne Will and wife Cheryl of Tennessee, Scott Will and wife Becky of Wheelersburg; fifteen grandchildren; 26 great - grandchildren; and three great - great - grandchildren; a sister, Anna Darlene Twinam of Wheelersburg. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Will; daughter, Lila Jane Will, and Grandson, Shawn Will; five sisters, Jacqueline Rose Watters, Marilyn Faye Adkins, Margaret Frances Wagoner, Geneva Fern Stout and Adora Ellen Davis.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday March 1, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (WOLFE - NELSON CHAPEL) in Sciotoville with Pastor Calvin Ray Evans officiating.  Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in Wheelersburg.  Online condolences may be left at www.DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
