Beulah Mae Gruber, loving wife, mother, grand-mother and sister, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 4, 2009. She was born Sept. 20, 1942 in Lost Creek, KY., a daughter of the late Casear and Bertha Baker. She was of the Baptist faith and former nurses aid. She was the loving wife of William H. Gruber, whom she married on Sept. 21, 1963 in Lost Creek, KY. She was also the loving mother of her four children; Tom (Kim) Gruber, Sandy (Ira) Marsh, Melissa (Mike) Tilley and Clarence Gruber all of South Webster; one daughter-in-law, Teresa (Paul) Lawson of Wheelersburg. She was the loving grandmother to her seven grandchildren, J.D. Conley (Shannon), Stephanie Gruber (Jon), Bradley Marsh (Macie), Amanda Gruber, Courtney Lawson, Michael and william Tilley and her two great-grandchildren, Mikayla and Damien Conley. She was a loving sister to Lil (Jerry) Cover, Cash Jr. (Brenda) Baker, Bennie Baker, Raymond (Vada) Baker, Ed (Vanessa) Baker, Geraldine (Fred) Mullins, Bonnie (Jerry) Madden, Charles (Jenny) Baker and her loving sister-in-law, Jean Ratliff. She was also a loving aunt to several nieces and nephews. Beulah was also preceded in death by a sister, Linda Elliott and a granddaughter, Sandra Maelynn Marsh. Services will be 2 PM Tues., Feb. 10, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster with Rev. Cline Rawlines officiating. Burial will be at South Webster cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 6 to 8 PM and Tuesday 1 to 2 PM at D.W. Swick in South Webster. Online condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
