Billie R. Fulk, 72, of South Webster died Tues., Feb. 2, 2010 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born March 9, 1937 in Jackson Co., a son of the late James and Cora Broffard Fulk. He was a member of Bloom Freewill Baptist Church and was a former timber cutter. Billie is survived by his wife, Wyoma French Fulk whom he married on July 11, 1959; five sons, Tim Fulk and wife Paula of South Webster, Bill Fulk of Lucasville, Donnie Fulk of South Webster, Mark Fulk and Kristen Harris of Sciotoville and Eric Fulk and wife Debbie of South Webster; two daughters, Joyce Carman and husband Larry of Greenfield and Melanie Miller and husband Gary of Vincent, Alabama; one brother, Norman Fulk and wife Lois of Newark; 17 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by 5 brothers, Arthur, Robert, Ted, Arnold and Elza Fulk and 3 sisters, Lottie Caldwell, Geneva Snyder and Abbie Cooper. Services will be 1 PM Friday, Feb. 5, 2010 at Bloom Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Klaiber and Rev. Roger Lavender officiating. Burial will be at Horeb Cemetery in Oak Hill. Visitation will be 5 to 8 PM Thurs. at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in South Webster and 12 to 1 PM Fri. at the church. Online condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
