Bobbie Lee Bays II, 45, formerly of Franklin Furnace passed away Thursday August 29, 2024. He was a son of the late Debbie Shepard Ison.

He is survived by a sister, Misty Lutz along with several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Clifton, and brother, James Dennis.

He was a 1996 graduate of Green High School and attended Shawnee University. He formerly worked at the Mildred Bateman State Hospital in Huntington, WV.

Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Thursday September 19, 2024 at Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg, WV.
