Bobby J. Hughes, 51, of Wheelersburg died Wed., Nov. 11, 2009 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born March 19, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Ulmont "Tater" and Helen Artis Hughes. He is survived by a sister, Jolinda Hughes Lyon of Rittman; 2 brothers, Jeff Hughes of Portsmouth and Monty Jay Hughes of Minford. Memorial services will be 7:00 PM Fri., Nov. 13, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 PM Friday at D.W. Swick in New Boston. The family requests memorial donations be made to D.W. Swick in memory of Bobby.
