Age 74 of Portsmouth, passed away Wednesday April 27, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born October 27, 1941 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Orval and Reba Buffington. She was a good mother who helped her daughter with her homework, loved to plant flowers, and go bowling.

Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Kyndel Long and husband Charles of Portsmouth, and a sister, Sharon. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Fred and Bill Tackett, and a sister, Debbie Skaggs.
