Brenda Sue Tieman, 78, of Dayton passed away Friday July 2, 2021 at the Dayton Hospice House. She was born October 31, 1942 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Lonnie and Lucille (Boggs) Jackson. She was a homemaker and volunteered as a Librarian in Dayton for several years.

Brenda is survived by her husband, John Tieman;  son, John W. Tieman and wife Corrina of Gillette, WY and cousins, Judy and Tom Brown of South Carolina. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Mae Jackson.

Visitation will be 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Wednesday July 7, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
