Age 51 of Sciotoville, went to be with the Lord on July 26, 2011 at SOMC after a long illness. He was born September 5, 1959 in Portsmouth. He is survived by one daughter, Nicole Colley of Tiffin, OH; parents, Robert Colley of Sciotoville, Helen Colley of Chillicothe; five brothers, Roger (Jane) Colley of Portsmouth, Michael (Billie) Colley of Springfield, IL, Tim Colley of Portsmouth, Bobby Colley of TN, Rick Colley of West Portsmouth; two sisters, Cheryl Parham of Crossville, TN, Vicki Barber of Chillicothe; very close friend, Pastor Vernon Conley of Minford.
