Age 55, of Sciotoville, passed away on April 17, 2012 at Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He was born in Ft. Knox, KY on December 16, 1956 to Harold and Carolyn (Nourse) Harris. Bruce was a 1974 graduate of East High School, was a Navy veteran and former member of VFW Post #23, and worked as a technician for a cable company. Bruce is survived by his mother, Carolyn Lowe of Sciotoville; one brother, Kenneth (Sheryl) Harris of Ft. Worth, TX; four sisters, Gayle (Richard) Warner of Washington Courthouse, Donna Young of Sciotoville, Carol Lento of New Holland, Kelly Harris of Sciotoville; four special grandchildren, Sam, Robbie, Carly, Megan; one special great-grandchild, Tristan; two nieces, Cathleen Conley of Sciotoville, Rachel Carver of Sciotoville; two nephews, Jon McCoy of Columbus, Nathan Warner of Washington Courthouse. He was preceded in death by his father. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville with Pastor Kevin Gullion officiating.
