Carl F. Toland, 53, of Wheelersburg died Wednesday Nov. 14, 2012 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born Dec. 19, 1958 in Portsmouth, a son of Arthur Toland and the late Martha Toland. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Cook Toland; 3 sons, Frankie Toland, Steven "Scooter" Toland and Jonathan Blizzard all of Wheelersburg; 2 daughters, Nora Friend of Waverly and Lisa Blizzard of Wheelersburg; 2 brothers, Curtis Toland of South Webster and James Toland of Middletown; 5 sisters, Nancy Toland of Wheelersburg, Edna Clarke and Hilda Litteral both of South Webster, Billie Toland of Oak Hill and Kelly Willis of Minford; 3 grandchildren, C.J. Toland, Jacob Gullett and Alexis Blizzard and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents and 3 nephews. Services will be 1:00 PM Saturday Nov. 17, 2012 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER . Interment will be at Vernon cemetery. Visition will be Friday after 5 PM and Saturday 12 to 1 PM at D.W. SWICK IN SOUTH WEBSTER.
