Age 88 of South Webster passed away Friday August 28, 2015 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born March 17, 1927 in Lyra, a son of the late Thomas and Bessie Cheek Weaver. He was a member and former Pastor of Bussey Hill Community Church, was a U.S. Navy veteran and former Service Manager at Hanes's Chevrolet.

Carl is survived by two sons, Jim Weaver and wife Mary of South Webster, Jeff Weaver and wife Janice of Waco, TX.; three daughters, Sharon Cordell and husband Bob of South Webster, Linda Blevins of South Webster and Angela McCallister of Virginia. Eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Carl is also preceded in death by his wife Mirttie Weaver who died on May 24, 2015; two brothers, Clyde and Ralph Weaver; and three sisters, Margaret McKnight, Hazel Bingham, and Issie Kurk.
