Carly Nichole Ann Clarke, a daughter of Tyler and Ashley Brannon Clarke of Sciotoville, passed away Thursday May 31, 2018 at SOMC emergency room. She is also survived by two brothers, Blaize Church at home and Colton Clarke of Minford; a sister, Rylee Clarke of Minford; grandparents, David  (Ida Noel) Brannon of Portsmouth, Carolyn (Robert Castel) Howard of Sciotoville and Scott Clarke of Minford; great-grandparents, Juanita and James Clarke of South Webster; an aunt, Megan Howard and an uncle Michael Stewart.

Services will be 12 Noon on Tuesday June 5, 2018 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. The family will receive friends after 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
