Carolyn Grace Nourse Harris Lowe, 86 of Sciotoville passed away Sunday August 21, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. She was born June 25, 1930 in Twin Valley, a daughter of the late Frank and Grace Nourse. Carolyn was of the Baptist faith and loved doing crossword puzzles, crocheting, reading, and doing interior design work.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth (Sheryl) Harris of Hillsboro; four daughters, Gayle (Richard) Warner of Washington Courthouse, Donna Young of Sciotoville, Carol Lento of New Holland, and Kelly Harris of Sciotoville; four grandchildren, Jonathan Harris, Cathleen Conley, Rachel Carver, and Nathan Warner; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death her first husband Harold Harris; second husband, Walter Lowe; a son, Bruce Harris; four brothers, Bruce Nourse, Donald Nourse, Bernard Nourse, Dallas Nourse; and a sister, June Quinn.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday August 25, 2016 at WOLFE – NELSON FUNERAL HOME in Sciotoville with Pastor Richie Kasper officiating.
