Cathy Lynn Holland, 69, of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday February 9, 2025 at Southern Ohio Medical Centers emergency room. She was born March 21, 1955 in Bluefield, WV a daughter of the late Franklin Donald Conley Sr. and Mary Lou Buchanan Conley.

She enjoyed watching sports, loved watching TV and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Cathy is survived by a son, Zachary Snyder of Portsmouth; three daughters, Elizabeth Snyder, Haleigh Snyder and Caleigh Snyder all of Portsmouth; a sister, Cynthia Neeley of Arizona; niece and nephew, Andrea (Chad) McDaniel and Brett Neeley; grandchildren, Lakelynn Allgood, James Euton III and Bexley Euton.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Walter "Jake" Holland and brother, Franklin Donald "Donnie" Conley Jr.

Private arrangements are being handled by the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville.
