Age 69, of Wheelersburg, passed away Monday, May 11, 2020 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth. He was born March 17, 1951 to the late Cecil and Kathleen (Spradlin) Williams, Sr. Bub was a 1969 graduate of Minford High School and retired from Norfolk and Southern Railroad. Bub was an amateur radio operator and loved to fish and golf.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Sue) Schneider Williams of Wheelersburg; one son, Cecil (Clay) Williams III and wife, Amanda of Portsmouth; two daughters, Robyn Ann Bolton and husband, David of Smyrna, TN; Kimberly Dawn Shupert and husband, Paul of Wheelersburg; two sisters, Vickie Lynn Schneider and husband, Randy of Dry Ridge, KY; Kathy Ann Taylor of Mansfield; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a sister Brenda Dempsey.
