Celeah Jade Newcomb, precious daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, and cousin, was born on March 20, 2026, in Gallipolis, Ohio, to Christopher James and Randa Marie (Hughes) Newcomb. On September 8, 2026, Celeah went to sleep with the Lord, peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family.

Though her time here was far too short, Celeah touched the hearts and lives of everyone blessed to know and love her. Her beautiful presence brought a special kind of joy to her family, and she will forever be cherished and remembered. The love she gave and the memories she leaves behind will remain in the hearts of her family for a lifetime.

Celeah is survived by her loving parents, Christopher James and Randa Marie (Hughes) Newcomb; her brother, Coltan; her sisters, Cassie and Cali; her grandparents, Randall and Candy Hughes and Rita Newcomb; her aunts and uncles, Jacob Hughes, Marko Shufford, and Whitney Shufford; and her cousins, Titus, Jalen, Marlo, and Cairo.

Celeah’s little life was a precious gift, and although she was only with her family for a short time, she made an everlasting impact. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who loved her.

Funeral Service will be Friday, September 11, 2026, 12 NOON, D.W. Swick & Son Funeral and Cremation Services in South Webster. Visitation is 11:00 AM - 12 NOON, prior to the service.
