Charles Lee Sparks, 76, of Ashland passed away May 11, 2015 at Ashland Community Hospice. Charles was born December 18, 1938 to the Late Charlie Sparks and Freda Campbell Sparks.

He is survived by his wife Dianna Frasure Sparks,3 daughters Kathy Lynn (Shawn) Vaughn of Allegan, Mich., Freda LeeAnn (Roger) Whisman, Klinge Rockford, Mich. and Tonya Marlene (Rick) Howard, of West Portsmouth. 2 Step-daughters Tammy (Dave) Skeens of South Webster and Tonia (Sean) Snider, of Willow wood, OH. 1 brother Michael (Cathy) Sparks of Grayson, KY. and 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Loretta Bledsoe Sparks.

Services will be Wednesday May 13, 2015. at 2:00 pm at D. W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER with Pastor Kenny Ball officiating and a private burial to follow at a later date.
