Christina Sue Blake, age 39, of Portsmouth, died February 2, 2010, at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born March 10, 1970 in Columbus, to James and Hazel Siders Blake. She is survived by her fiance, James McFarland, of Portsmouth; six children, David Luther of Portsmouth, Shawn Blake of Columbus, Christopher Pressley of Portsmouth, Jason Blake of Portsmouth, Heather Cox of Sandusky, Tricia Blake of Columbus; mother, Hazel Johnson of McConnellsville; one brother, James Blake of McConnellsville; six sisters, Patty Sanko of Columbus, Corrinna Blake of Marysville, Melinda Blake of McConnellsville, Angela Blake of Malta, Marriane Blake of Columbus, and Crystal Blake of Marysville; and one grandson, Wade Smith. At the time of her death, Christina was pregnant with her baby daughter, Christina Sue McFarland, who also died. Services will be private at the convenience of the family with Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville handling the arrangements.
