Age 40, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Sciotoville on Monday, January 3, 2011. He was born May 28, 1970 in Portsmouth to Betty (Bryant) Rowe and Darrell Rowe. He is survived by his mother Betty Rowe of Sciotoville, father Darrell Rowe of Portsmouth; two sons, Jonathan Rowe of Portsmouth, David (Mack) Walters of Portsmouth; uncle Paul Bryant (Pat) of KY; cousin Kassy Bryant of KY. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Owen and Nellie Bryant of Wheelersburg. No services were requested by the family. Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville handled the arrangements.
