Connie Sue Carter, 52, of Jackson, formerly of South Webster, died Tuesday Jan. 14, 2014 at Holzer Medical Center. She was born June 23, 1961 in Portsmouth a daughter of the late Clyde and Virginia Rawlins Bradley. She is survived by her husband, Brian Carter; a son, Brian Carter Jr. and Tammy of Jackson; a daughter, Virginia Taylor and Timothy of South Webster; a brother, Thomas Bradley of Franklin Furnace; 2 sisters, Sandra Kitts and Sharon Owens both of Columbus and 7 grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Dials. Services will be 2 PM Saturday Jan. 18, 2014 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER with interment to follow at South Webster cemetery.
