Connie Francis Cooper, 52, of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday January 29, 2023. She was born March 29, 1970 in Crestline, OH, a daughter of the late Ronald and Barbara (Corns) Hodge. She enjoyed shopping, playing bingo and loved her dogs. She never met a stranger and would help anyone in need.
Connie is survived by a son, Brandon (Amber) Cooper of Garrison, KY; two daughters, Misty Cooper and Steven Nuckles of Portsmouth, Alisha  Cooper and Mark Fitch of New Boston; two stepdaughters, Casey Toppins and Sarah Yarnell; her longtime companion Gary Mullins; her former husband and friend, Donnie Cooper; a brother Shawn Hodge of Portsmouth; sister, Bonnie (Sammy) Carter of Portsmouth; six grandchildren, Skylar, Gage, Carly, Sawyer, Tatum and Elym.
Funeral Services will be 1 PM Thursday February 2, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in New Boston with Pastor Ryan Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 Noon to 1 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
