Connie Sue Cooper, 74, of Sciotoville passed away Friday May 13, 2022 at SOMC Hospice Center. She was born January 17, 1948 in Prichard , WVA. daughter of the late Beckham Napier and Edna (McGuire) McKinney.

Connie loved gardening, working with her roses, The Ohio State Football and sitting on her porch having her coffee.

Connie is survived by a daughter, Christina McNeil; a sister, Goldie Baxton; grandchildren, Nicki Harris, Jamie Aguiar, Joshua Hogston, Travis Hogston, Christopher Stiltner, Randy Hogston, Ashley Penix, Frankiln Penix, Keith Penix Jr, Carl JA McKinney, B.J. McKinney and Debra Mitchell and several great grandchildren with two special ones, Waylon and Willow and her special buddy, Liam Greene.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cooper, 3 sons, Randall Scott Hogston, Arnett Edward Hogston Jr and Christopher Allen Hogston; a daughter, Tina Renae Penix; a sister, Zella Sumpter; 5 brothers, Charles McKinney, James McKinney, David McKinney, Carl McKinney and Maxie  McKinney.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday May 17, 2022 at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 10 AM to 12 Noon Tuesday at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville.
