Craig Olan Bias, 64, of Portsmouth passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022.  He was born in Portsmouth, July 25, 1958 to the late Carl Otis Bias and Charlotte Louise (Ruark) Bias.  He was a 1976 graduate of Portsmouth High School.  Craig was retired from the Norfolk and Southern Railroad after 22 years of service.  He attended Christ's United Methodist Church in Sciotoville.  Craig was an avid Ohio State Football and Bengals fan.  He loved to work outside and  gardening.

Craig is survived by a son, Patrick Bias of Portsmouth; a brother, Cleve Bias of Portsmouth; two sisters, Carol L. Spriggs of South Shore, and Cheryl L. Hulbert and husband Keith of Tennessee; and "Baby Momma" Sally Bias.  He was also preceded in death by a brother, Carl O. Bias II. In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations be made to SOMC HOSPICE and Sierra's Havens.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2022 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (WOLFE - NELSON CHAPEL) in Sciotoville with Pastor Rob Krebbs officiating.  Friends may call Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Online condolences may be left at DWSwickFuneralHome.com.
