Cynthia Webb, 69, of Scioto Furnace, passed away Friday December 16, 2022. She was born July 7, 1953 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late John and Cynthia (Butler) Lockhart.
She was a retired janitor from the Minford School District, a member of the Church of the Harvest in Burlington since 2000, enjoyed fishing, crafts, needle point and sewing.
Cynthia is survived by brothers, John (Betty) Lockhart of South Webster, Mark Lockhart of Wheelersburg, Raymond (Harriet) Lockhart of Las Vegas, NV and a special friend, Rose Watts.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Webb; brothers, James, Timothy and David Lockhart and a sister, Anita Lockhart who died in infancy.
Graveside Services and burial will be 2:00 PM Monday December 19, 2022 at Pyle Cemetery under the direction of the D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville.
