Daniel McGuire, 57, of Wheelersburg died Monday August 2, 2021 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born June 1, 1964, a son of the late Pearl and Ora (Parker) McGuire, was a former carpenter and enjoyed spending time with his buddy Blaise and his other family members.

Daniel is survived by his wife, Julia McGuire; two sons, Dustin Keys and Ryan Keys; a daughter, Katelyn McGuire; brothers, Melvin McGuire and David McGuire; sisters, Brenda Johnson, Lula Bell Lingenfelter, Kathy (John) Pace, Sandra Adams and Rachel Fitzgerald; grandchildren, Brittany Merrett, Jordan Bennett and Blaise Keys; great-grandchildren, Connor Keys and Harper Merritt. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Harvey, Wolford, Grover, Joseph, Zaccheaus, Ezekiel, Samuel and James McGuire; a sister Deborah Bowling-Lore.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday August 7, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME, Wolfe-Nelson Chapel in Sciotoville with interment to follow at McGuire Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
