Darlene Howell, 66, of Lucasville died, Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, at Edgewood Manor. She was born May 20, 1943 a daughter of the late Bernard and Annalee Vanhoose. She is survived by 2 sons, Randy (Alice) Howell of Columbus and Lyndell (Deborah) Howell of Portsmouth ; 2 daughters, Julie (Richard) Hobbs and Brenda Crabtree, both of Lucasville; 2 sisters, Marlene Kelly of Minford and Ruth (Bob) Bays of South Webster; 2 brothers, Larry (Debbie) Vanhoose of Lucasville and Steve (Cindy) Vanhoose of Minford; and several nieces and nephews. Darlene was preceded in death by a sister, Cathy Blackburn; an infant brother, Bernard Leslie Vanhoose, and 2 nieces, Shawnna and Lisa Blackburn. In loving memory to all the children, "Grandma Loves You." Services will be 2 PM Mon., Nov. 16, 2009 at D.W.
