Darwin Frazier, 56, of Portsmouth, died Monday, May 28, 2012 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born December 1 ,1955 in New Boston, a son of the late Curtis Frazier and Avenelle Jennings Frazier-Burton. Darwin is survived by his wife, Julia Stiltner of Portsmouth; a son, Fredrick (Krista) Stiltner of Portsmouth; a daughter, Latitia Stiltner of Columbus; a brother, Leroy (Danuta) Frazier of Las Cruces, NM; two grandchildren, Alex and Chloe Stiltner; and a nephew, Corey Frazier of Wooster. Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 2, 2012 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Pastor Gary Heimbach officiating. Burial will be at Vernon Cemetery.
