David Shannon Arthur, 36, of Franklin Furnace, died Friday December 13, 2013. He was born June 18, 1977 in Portsmouth, a son of Donna Haislip Arthur and the late David F. Arthur. He is survived by his wife Tonya Stonerock Arthur, his mother Donna Arthur, his in-laws Gary and Phyllis Stonerock; 2 stepsons, Brandon and Bryce Stonerock, two sisters, Davina Arthur and Rhonda Blanton; nieces, Brittney, Natosha and Aiden, Courtney, Brianna, Bethany, Adrianna and Brooklyn Blanton and Kailey Jo Andrews and many other Aunts, Uncles, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. He was also preceded by a half brother, Danny Howard. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at D. W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME IN SOUTH WEBSTER.
