David Lee Conley, 67, of Sciotoville passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.  He was born March 23, 1956 in Portsmouth to the late William and Betty (Bryan) Conley.  He was a 1975 graduate of Portsmouth East High School and was an avid Nascar fan.

David is survived by two sons, Billy Conley of West Portsmouth and Kevin Conley and wife Christina of Sandusky, OH; a daughter, Kimberly Conley of Scioto County; a sister, Rosemary Culver and husband Dennis of Cape Coral, FL; and several grandchildren.  David was also preceded in death by a sister, Jane Adkins.
