David Fannin, 61, of South Shore, KY, died, Monday, Dec 13, 2010, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born June 16, 1949 in Portsmouth, son of the late Bechham and Hazel Fannin. He is survived by two brothers; Paul and Homer Fannin both of South Shore, KY. He was also preceded in death by his brother William Fannin and three infant sisters. Services will be 11:00 AM, Tues.
