Age 38 of Wheelersburg, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at SOMC in Portsmouth.  He was born August 29, 1978 in Mansfield to Harold McGowan, Jr. and Dorothy Justice McGowen.  He was a mechanic by trade and loved working on cars and four-wheelers, and spending time with "his girls."

He is survived by his wife, Lori Hutchinson-Justice of South Webster; daughters, Alexis and Jasmine Justice, both of South Webster; parents, Harold McGowen, Jr. of South Webster and Dorothy Justice McGowen of Chillicothe; brother, Joshua Justice of Mansfield; sisters, Melissa Justice of Hillsboro and Jennifer Justice-Zirkles of Lucasville; several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday August 7, 2017 at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. Interment will follow at Scioto Furnace Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be shared at www.DWSwickNelsonFuneralHome.com.
