David Steven Lewis, 52, of Greenfield died Wed., March 17, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born Sept. 17, 1957 in Portsmouth, a son of Anna Williams Lewis Spruill and the late David Lewis. He is also survived by his wife, Patty Knisley Lewis; children, Shannon, Heather and Stephanie Lewis; stepsons, Michael Thacker and Scott Grose; stepfather, Don Spruill; stepmother, Darlene Lewis; sisters, Patty Pelfrey, Donna Grimmie, Gwen Mungle, and Shelly Lewis; stepsisters, Kimberly Johnson and Darla Wheeler; stepbrother, John Johnson; his two best friends, Harry Pack and Scott Calhoun and 4 grandchildren.
