Deborah Diane Stumbo, 62, of Jackson, passed away Friday May 16, 2025 at her residence. She was born January 30, 1962 in Waverly, a daughter of the late Otis and Betty (Tainer) Shipley.

She was a homemaker who loved spending time with her grandchildren, going on walks, going to yard sales and enjoyed having her own yard sales.

Deborah is survived by a son, John Stumbo and Amber Raider of Jackson; two daughters, Candy Canter and Jennifer Roll of Chillicothe, Porchia Stumbo and Dale Durham of Jackson; two brothers, Tony (Sherry) Shipley of Jackson and James (Donna) Shipley of Oak Hill; sisters,  Betty (Marvin) Mollett of Oak Hill, Marcella (Paul) Yates of Franklin Furnace and Linda Patrick of Vinton; 9 grandchildren, Colton, Kaylee, Destiny, D.J., Zader, Ace, Finley, Braxton and Brantley.

Visitation will be 1:00 to 2:00 PM Wednesday May 21, 2025 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jeremy Mollett officiating. Interment will be at the CM Cemetery in Oak Hill.
