Age 52, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at SOMC in Portsmouth. She was born on July 2, 1959 in Huntington, WV to Russell and Betty (King) Vaught and was a 1977 graduate of East High School in Sciotoville. Deborah loved watching Notre Dame and East volleyball, basketball, softball, and football. She was a passionate fan of the East Tartans and the Notre Dame Titans and was always seen at every game cheering for her teams. She enjoyed dancing at Whitey's Country Music Barn where she was treated like family and spent a great deal of time sharing fellowship and friendship with patients at the United Scioto Senior Center. Deborah never met a stranger and loved to talk and give hugs to everyone.

In addition to her mother, Deborah is survived by 2 brothers, Russell A. Vaught and Alfred R. (Rhonda) Vaught; 2 nieces, Kara L. Vaught, Tori L. Vaught; one nephew, Alex R. (Becky) Vaught; one great niece, Makenna Grace Vaught. She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents, Alva M. (Corean) King, Elmer R. Vaught, Ross (Roma) Northup.

Funeral services for Deborah Vaught will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16th at Wolfe-Nelson Funeral Home in Sciotoville.
