Debra "Debbie" Darby, 56, of West Portsmouth died Feb. 25, 2014 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Memorial services will be 3:00 PM Sat. March 8, 2014 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston. Visitation will be Saturday from 2 PM to 3 PM at the funeral home. Private interment will be at a later date. Condolences to dwswickfuneralhome.com.
