Debra Lee Risner, 66, of South Webster, passed away Thursday September 18, 2025. She was born February 20, 1959 in Ironton, a daughter of the late Troy and Margie (Hutchinson) Bloomfield.

She enjoyed going to estate sales, thrift shops, feeding her birds and squirrels. Above all, her kids and grandkids were her whole world and she loved spending time with them.

Debra is survived by her husband, Ernest Risner; a son, Joey Aldridge and Tessa Bennnett of Wheelersburg; a daughter, Micshell Neff and husband Cody of South Webster; three grandchildren, Kenzie Aldridge (Tyler Dillon), Brayden Aldridge and wife Paige along with Payton Neff.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday September 21, 2025 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME in South Webster, Pastor Jesse Sizemore officiating. Private interment will follow at Risner Family Cemetery. Visitation will be 12 to 2 PM Sunday prior to services.
