Debria Lynn Williams age 64 of Sciotoville joined her mother in Heaven today. He parents were Jordan E. Gifford (Jr) and Irene Delores Adkins. Her mother was killed in a car crash in Kentucky when Deb was just two years old, 29 Mar 1959.
Debria was married to Ricky Lee Williams on 29 Mar 1976 at Harvest Chapel in Sciotoville for 29 years. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. She was a 1975 graduate of Portsmouth West High School, worked at Mitchellace and was a former caregiver with SOMC.
Love knocked twice to a twelve year courtship with her best friend Michael James Arthur.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Monday January 18, 2021 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME - WOLFE NELSON CHAPEL in Sciotoville with Brother Clayton Oliver officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens where she will be interred beside her husband Rick Williams. A gathering of family will take place on Monday from 1 to 2 PM at the funeral home.
