Della Mae Lawson Stiles, age 87, went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 23, 2017. She was born January 30, 1930 in Lawrence County to the late Thomas and Audrey (Rader) Lawson. In May of 1947 she married John Henry Stiles and they had one son. Della was a long-time member of Scioto Furnace IPCC.

Della was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Audrey; her beloved husband, John Henry; and her sister Hazel Fleenor. She is survived by her only son, Richard (Joyce) Stiles of Minford; her sisters, Evelyn Louise (William) Pfieffer of Atlanta, GA and Juanita Boggs of New Boston; 6 grandchildren: Howard (Jami) Stiles of South Webster, Nikki (Jeremy) Maloney of South Webster, Christina Peters of Dayton, Micah (Michelle) Stiles of South Webster, Andrea Stiles of Wheelersburg, and Rachel (Christopher) Vicars of Franklin Furnace. She had 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her dearly.

Visitation will be Monday, June 26, 2017 from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. at D.W. SWICK-NELSON FUNERAL HOME in South Webster. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Cline McCallister officiating.
