Dennis L. Justice, 53, of New Boston died Saturday, April 18, 2009 at SOMC Hospice Center. He was born Sept. 2, 1955 in St. Petersburg, Fla., a son of the late Max and Betty Sparks Justice. Dennis is survived by a stepdaughter, Tabitha Coriell of South Webster; four brothers, Dale Justice and wife Kathy and Dean Justice and Shirley all of Twin Valley, Omar Justice of Portsmouth and Danny Austin of New Boston; five sisters, Diane Fuller of Tenn., Debbie Loper and husband Shane of Wheelersburg, Donna Bishop of Sciotoville, Danette Lawhorn and husband Jeff of Rubyville and April Broughton of Portsmouth. Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at D.W. Swick Funeral Home in New Boston with Rev. James Patrick officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Burial Park.
