Age 60, of Wheelersburg, passed away November 14, 2019 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. He was born September 22, 1959 in Portsmouth to Martin and Evelyn (Webb) Collins. Donald was a roofer for over 23 years and loved spending time outdoors. He really enjoyed being with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by two sons, Donald Collins II of Wellington Green, IN, Nicholas Collins of Wheelersburg; one daughter, Kerri Perkins (Daniel) of Columbus; twelve grandchildren; six brothers, Stan Collins of Sciotoville, Mike Collins of Sciotoville, Fred Collins of New Boston, Bo Collins of Wheelersburg, Elven Collins of South Webster, Terri Collins of Portsmouth; two sisters, Rita Burch of Columbus, Sherri Collins of Portsmouth. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son, Shawn Fannin, one daughter, Dawn Fannin, and two brothers, Norman and David Collins.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
