Donald R. Justice, 68, of Sciotoville, passed away Friday June 23, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1955 in Sciotoville, a son of the late Darrell and Mary Justice Semones.

He was a retired U.S. Army Veteran having retired as a Staff Sargent. He loved his dog Maxie, and anything having to do with cars especially detailing them.

Don is survived by his wife of 48 years, Shelly Snyder Justice; a son, Donald Justice Jr. and wife Beth of Lynchburg, OH; two daughters, Betty Semones of Minford and Mary Crawford of Wheelersburg; seven brothers, Jeff Justice of Sunrise, FL, Steve Justice of Portsmouth, Darrell Semones of Sciotoville, Dude Semones of Sciotoville, Randy Semones of Alabama, Bruce Semones of Lantana, FL and Mike Semones of Minford; grandchildren, Zachary, Justin, Donald and Holli; two special uncles, Bill and Ronnie Justice.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Julie Allen and a brother Jerry Justice.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday June 28, 2023 at D.W. SWICK FUNERAL HOME (Wolfe-Nelson Chapel) in Sciotoville with Military Honors by James Dickey Post 23, American Legion. Interment to follow at Horeb Cemetery in Oak Hill. Visitation will be Wednesday 11 AM to 1 PM at the funeral home.
